HUD Subsidized Low Income Senior Housing Manager for 68 Units – Responsibilities include administrative functions
such as compliance with federal guidelines, conducting yearly re-certifications and financial eligibility documents,
maintenance and updates to occupancy list, documenting tenant information into database, conduct interviews with potential
residents. Enforce safe, clean and organized living environment for elderly, frail, at risk tenants. I am the sole liaison for
residents to Social Services for over 90 tenants. Develop and maintain administrative policies and procedures for residents
and direct reports. Resolve resident questions, concerns and complaints. Proven skills at mediation and negotiation,
coordinating service contractors and vendors on-site, supervision of site inspections, rent collections and bank deposits.

Administrative Assistant – I was responsible for data entry and record keeping along with maintenance of database,
preparation of client profile documents, telephone and walk in inquiries. I handled the management of business calendar
