• Understanding backward and forward linkages of Dal Mill and Goat Rearing Project in order to develop Techno-
Economic Excel Sheets and model business proposals for the same.
• Identification of potential beneficiaries interested in taking Agri-Business as profession by conducting meetings
with farmers / group of farmers/ entrepreneurs and by publicizing the role of MART & ABPF during Rural Haat
Management Information Program for Gram Panchayat personnel and potentialfarmers.
• Publicizing the role of MART & ABPF by conducting meetings with Bank Managers so that existing clients can
apply for loan
• Follow up of existing / pending client leads and newly generated leads to analyze whether they are eligible for
bank loan, collecting information required for preparing bankable business proposals for them and handing over
the proposals to thebeneficiaries for bank submission.
• During this whole process we studied the problems faced by theapplicants for document collection process.
