3. We have a lot to cover in 40 hours so staying committed to our agenda is vitally important.
Please close all distractors in your surrounding.
All attendees are muted by the host while trainer is explaining a particular topic/session.
If you have a question you can use the chat-box to write down your question or wait for
the Q&A slot after each session.
For urgent questions please raise hand to stop me to answer your questions.
A session will not exceed 15-20 minutes in duration, with 5 minutes short breaks
then each knowledge area is followed by Q&A and practical case study assignments.
