INT.HATHMORE HOUSE COLLEGE CORRIDOR. DAYTIME
The sound of a heart beat is heard above the sound of
shuffling feet and chattering children
Fade up on
The sound continues and dominates the scene
A tight corridor with images and trophies hanging on the
wall. Young people is school uniform stream passed. Stood in
the middle of the corridor a people pas by is a Small
JENNY
12 year old girl in a School uniform with tight ringlets in
her hair is stood next to a Mr Phillips a tall middle aged
man in a suite. His hair is gelled back hair and he has a
spiky beard Mr Philips towers over Jenny. Mr Philip gestures
in an aggravated manner as Jenny watches on unable to move.
INT.CLASSROOM.DAY
Mrs Bond a tall skinny elderly lady at the head of the clas
turn toward the classroom door as Jenny is led in to the
classroom by Mr Philips. They bruh past Mrs Bond ingoring her
existence.
Jenny clutches her hand toegther, the leatherv strap on her
bag make an awkward nnoise.
MR PHILIPS
Hello class this is..(silence) err
Your new peer. Everyone be nice and
welcome her with some Hathmore spirit.
Muttering can be heard alongide a few giggles
GIRL 1 + 2 + 3
(Whispring under breath) What is she
wearingg...(inaudible)
MRS BOND
Quiet!
Mr Philips pushes Jenny towards the centre of the classroom
Jenny looks around the class. Eeryone looks at her as she
nerosuly scan the room finally landing on Mrs Bond

INT.KITCHEN. NIGHT
Learn more about Jennies home life and how she wants to leave
school. Her mum is very agaisnt it.
INT.BEDROOM. NIGHT
Jenny finds an old box of 'dress up' clothes and find a clown
nose and chooses it at her new idenity.
INT.HATHMORE HOUSE COLLEGE CORRIDOR. DAYTIME
Jenny straiten up her nose and breaths heavily before walking
into class
INT.CLASSROOM.DAY
Jenny seems to be cracking jokes a little and getting some
attention. Jenny seems proud of herself. Jenny gets most of
the class laughing.
INT.PLAYGROUND.DAY
School girls come up to jenny and invite her over to her
house. Jenny looks happy.
INT.KITCHEN. NIGHT
Small talk with her mum. He mum is noticing something off but
Jenny seems happy. Jenny is in a rush to go upstrairs and is
dismissive of her mum
INT.BEDROOM. NIGHT
Jenny quickly grabs for the box and throws around the part
for a complete clown costume
INT.BATHROOM
Jenny puts clown makeup on her face neatly.
INT.CLASSROOM.DAY
Jenny is making everyone laugh and being loud. The teacher is
starting to get angry.

INT.CANTEEN. DAY
Everyone is surronding Jenny. Jenny is making a fool of
herself.
INT.KITCHEN. NIGHT
Jenny runs up stairs to her room
INT.BEDROOM. NIGHT
Jenny goes to sleep happy without her makeup
INT.BEDROOM. MORNING
(one year later) Jenny gets woken by her mum. Jenny is in her
clown costume and messed up makeup while looking depressed.
INT.BATHROOM. MORNING
Jenny re applies her clown makeup while smudging it around
her face and faking different smiles in the mirror
INT.CAR. MORNING
Jenny getting driven to school by her mum. Jenny looks out of
the window depressed as he mum tried to speak to her asking
if she's Okay as the teacher keep sending emails home about
behaviour.
INT.CLASSROOM.DAY
Jenny walks into the classroom by getting hit with juggling
walls by everyone as she walks in smiling and sitting down
next to her friends who also is throwing the balls at
her.Jenny makes jokes and the teacher sends her out.
INT.SCHOOL BATHROOM.DAY
Jenny goes to the bathroom and checks her body to see bruises
and blood on her and starts to cry while hitting the mirror.
She then puts her costume back on and re applies her makeup
and prepared herself to say more jokes to make people laugh.
INT.CANTEEN. DAY
Jenny is sitting next to her friends while they call her
names and she makes jokes about herself.

INT.KITCHEN. NIGHT
Jenny walks into the kitchen. Her mum looks at her and starts
screaming and crying about how her teachers have emailed
suspending her as this is not the girl she remembers. Jenny
says nothing. Jennys mum sees a bruise and Jenny pushes her
mum away. Jenny runs upstairs.
INT.BEDROOM. NIGHT
Jenny rips of the costume and breaks down and has an episode.
INT.KITCHEN. NIGHT
(one week later) Jenny mum is seen crying on the phone the
school.
INT.HATHMORE HOUSE ASEMBYY.
Head teacher is shown saying that Jenny won't be returning
because..(cut)
