3. Mr. Vimal Shah has an
experience of 25 years in
this field.
He started this business
under the guidance of his
father who was a lawyer.

4.  As Mr. Shah comes from a
judicial background , to setup
a business was not that easy.
 His father wanted him to have
a vision in this field and setup
a business and so he takes
this business as a VISION.

5.  Mr. Shah says that honesty is a
very important quality required
to become a successful
businessman.
 He says when you are HONEST to
YOURSELF the you can definitely
achieve your desired gaol.

6.  Mr. Shah always take the
challenges as his opportunity.
 He says the challenges are
never hurdles but, they teach
me something new every time.

7.  In his early age, when MR. shah had
just started he faced a challenge
when he had to send a consignment
which was the largest till then.
 He wasn’t sure whether it will reach
properly, but he did not give up.
Instead he tried his best to
complete the task taking it as an
opportunity.

8.  Sometimes when his employs
don’t work according to his
expectations, he never gets
angry.
 He tries to find out the problems
that they are facing and tries his
best to solve them.

9.  Mr. Shah says that his employs
always consider the business
as their own and not a
company they work at.
 The employs consider him as a
FAMILY and this is the biggest
success for him.

10.  Mr. Shah says: “ 1. You should
be VISIONARY. You should
always have a vision in your
mind.
2. You should always be true
to yourself. Never cheat
yourself.”
