Knowing how to handle criticism is a skill. Learning
 and growing from criticism is an added bonus. You
 will never be able to silence all of your critics
Success is when you refused to be
bugged down by negative comments.

We have to know that we are going to experience
various types of things and uncertainty in society
and so we have to be confident and trust ourselves.

Negative thinking causes snowball effect .We have to
believe we can make the progress and start to
overcome it. It is never a failure; always a lesson.

Think positive and keep your faith. Believe you can
work it out. Don’t let your dreams always be dreams.
The first impression you make on a
                                           potential employer is the most
                                           important one.

                                           The first judgment an interviewer
                                           makes is going to be based on how
                                           you look and what you are wearing.




Maintaining interview dress code can
boost up your chance of getting the
job. Your interview attire creates first
impression, and it also interprets
that you are serious about the job.
So, dress up professionally.
You have to dress by looking at
                                             which kind of company that
                                             you are going to interview.
                                             Most job interviewers make the mistake
                                             of thinking no one will notice the small
                                             details. People do, especially when it's
                                             their job to assess your fit as a future
                                             employee in their department.


When you’re applying for a new job, first
impressions make all of the difference.

Never underestimate the power of first
impressions. First impressions on job
interviews usually happen as you walk
through a door, and the interview team
looks at how you're dressed.

Also pay attention to details, especially
your shoes. Another rule to remember is
this: simple is better than flashy when it
comes to jewelry.
Earn your manager’s trust
               immediately
• Done all the assignment before the date was due.
• Ideally the manager will have a “fire and forget”
  mentality.
• They will give you a task.
• They will also forget about it because they KNOW it
  will be DONE.
Earn your teem members’ trust

• Need to be known as the person that gets the jobs
  done.
• Do not ever say “ It is NOT my job!”
• This type of thinking will leads to failure.
• If it IS your job but you don’t know how to solve it,
  please find the one who can solve it.
Being streetwise and
    book-smart
• There is nothing more important than having a
  reasonable balance of :
   – Being streetwise
   – Book-smart

• Naively can cost you and not being educated to the
  level you need to function well in your chosen
  environment can cost you as well.

• Don’t leave your street-smart at the door in business
  environments but temper it with a real knowledge
  as well
