什麼是博雅青年講堂？博雅青年講堂是一個免費的學生培訓計畫，每年徵選24～36名學生接受一年的博雅教育培訓，課程內容包含「東西文化」、「國際視野」、「自我覺察」、「人文思考」四大領域，有著多樣互動的上課方式，包含個案式互動教學、討論課程、博物館與展覽參觀與反思、戶外生活體驗、大型論壇與演講...等。博雅講堂在完成基礎的核心課程規劃以及講堂規則設計並實際教學後，將設計並分享完整的「博雅教學工具箱-ToolKit」，讓每個縣市的朋友都能一步步照著步驟舉辦自己在地的博雅講堂，讓各地的學子都能有更多的學習機會。博雅青年講堂的財務來源？博雅講堂主要財務來源有二，一是志工捐款，二是社會人士的旁聽者捐款。在博雅講堂，每一位參與的志工都捐出兩仟元表示對講堂的支持與投入，也讓我們對自己的付出有一份責任，而社會人士的旁聽者捐款則是目前的主要收入來源，講堂目前規劃每年開放至多12 位旁聽者，並收取每學期兩仟元，全年共4000元的捐款，而幸運的是，目前所有的社會人士旁聽者也都表示願意加入講堂的志工隊伍。講堂的財務狀況與帳目完全公開透明的呈現在網路上供大家查閱，而這些財務資源的使用判準只有一個，「一分一毫的花費都專注在學生之上」，我們非常感謝所有的志工甚至願意自費的付出各項活動的參與費用、大部分的餐費以及名片的製作費，講堂真的很希望透過每個人的小額捐款這樣簡單的機制與資源，就能讓更多的需要資源甚至是弱勢的學生可以免費獲得學習機會與幫助。博雅青年講堂的徵選標準？講堂篩選學員的條件有三項：一、學習動機強，二、需要資源，三、未來影響大。首先，學習動機是學習的基本要件，因為「學習動機」是沒有辦法教的。過去的填鴨教育讓學生一旦沒有人逼就不會想去學習，這是教育制度的錯，但當我們提供了一項學習資源，仍然需要學生主動積極的去接觸才會事半功倍。博雅青年講堂，是一項免費的資源，因此也希望講堂的資源能夠被有效的利用。若是學員的學習態度不佳，其實是一種排擠，排擠了其他人想學習的機會。所以，「學習動機強」是成為講堂學員的基本要件。再者，博雅青年講堂自一開始就設定為免費課程，不希望學費成為學員進入課程的門檻，只要學生想學都能夠有機會進入課程。在機會均等的狀況下，若是有學生的學習資源相對不足的，也會是我們優先考量的點。有些學生本身不乏學習資源，不管是學校、家境能夠提供的學習機會都很足夠，那麼我們就希望能把機會讓給更需
