2. In 1993 I waspromotedintothe Technical DepartmentinwhichI dealtwithspecial productsand
problemsolved. Ialsoran the customerliaisonforparticle counterproblemsandthe service/repair
department.
I was promotedagainin1999 to become the FiltrationRegionalSales Managerforthe SouthEast of
England. Thisrole involvedahome office andcoveredthe areawhichstretches fromLincolntothe
southcoast and fromthe east coast to Ashby-de la-Zouchforminganapproximate rectangle. I
managedexistingaccountsanddevelopednew business.

I workedinthe CustomerRelations Departmentwithresponsibilityforthe Thanetarea.The role
involveddealingwithcustomersandtakinguptheirproblemsasnecessarywiththe relevant
engineeringdepartmentatBT.

substantial businesspackingfruitforthe majorsupermarkets. Iwasthe ProductionControllerin
charge of a 4 persondepartmentthatissuedjobstothe PackHouse,orderedthe fruit,bookedthe
transportand ensuredthatthe product waspreparedintime.A strongdegree of co-ordinationwas
necessarywiththe productionstaff andthe transportcompanies.
