responsibility for some forty teachers in nine different
schools located throughout the United Arab Emirates, I
immediately realized that r needed to form a feadership team
that could cope with the difficulties of time, distance,
communication and motivation within the Aspect faculty. Andres
was one of my first choices as a Lead Teacher for the two Abu
Dhabi schools.
