end support on all the HR matters including talent acquisition, development, performance

- Flex Benefits: I led the implementation of an innovative flexible benefits system with the
cooperation of an external provider; It allows the EMC employees to manage a part of their
benefits in a flexible way choosing among different categories (healthcare, leisure, education,
etc.)
