INTEGRA ENERGY EFFICIENT MOTOR CONTROLLER:
The Integra motor controller is currently the ONLY unit that can reduce kWh’s used by all Fixed
Speed AC Motors, based on technology developed over the last 15 years. The unit optimizers the
motor by outputting the correct amount of energy needed at any given point for the motor to do
its job through the application loading cycle, without changing the speed, hence maintaining
production levels.
In a nutshell, the Integra matches the power delivered to the motor, according to the load
requirements. As load varies, savings in kWh’s, of 15 - 25 % are being achieved.
Integra optimizes energy consumed by a 3 phase motor and includes soft start/soft stop. The
Integra unit also has intelligent applications built in which are fully programmable; automatic
switch off, stored energy feature, plug breaking and dry well protection.
Retro-fit installation is extremely easy and simple.
Benefits are:
Reduced Motor Running temperature, every 10 deg C reduction, doubles the life of a
motor and bearings.
Up to 45 % less vibration, extending the life of the motor & bearings.
Save energy for the financial benefits and for energy optimizing.
Improve sustainability.
Intelligent motor control on any 3 phase asynchronous motor.
Mechanical application, radically reducing maintenance, failure and down time costs.
2. Applications:
Open crush mining (crushers & shakers)
Plastic molding
Automotive industries
General mining (conveyers & flywheel presses)
Any fixed speed variable load application
With the impending 12.69 % Eskom power increase on 1st April, SA will have the fastest
growing price of electricity in the World, Eskom is asking for in excess of 20 % for the next 3
years.
The time to act is NOW, to take your electricity prices back to what you were paying 2 years
ago, hence bringing your production costs for power, back to what they were years ago.
Yours sincerely
