We need to know first>> Average duration of a converted Lead. For that a report needed be maintained:

--How Much Leads We are generating Daily. [Monthly]
--How many We are distributing to Individuals. [Monthly]
--How Many each of Them are Converting. [Monthly]
-- Why Potential Customer Did not buy from Us.
By this we can get an average duration for converted leads & Salesman performance as
