I worked as a Senior Learning Specialist in an individual contributor role. I was responsible for
developing projects in a wide variety of delivery formats - PowerPoint, Word, Flipbook, widgets as
well as IBM's own tools, reviewing the courseware to ensure high quality output, tracking of projects
and courseware, as well as raising risks and mitigating them.
I worked as an ID Lead managing a team of 2-5 developers. I was also responsible for assisting
with business proposals in addition to design, development, review and delivery support of course
material.
