Having watched “The Hater”, choose an aspect from the digital world you
would like to raise awareness on.
Here is a list with some examples:
1. Data Security
2. Crime and Terrorism
3. Privacy Concerns
4. Social Disconnect
5. Digital Media Manipulation
6. Plagiarism and Copyright
7. Anonymity and Fake profiles
8. Grooming
9. Cyber bullying
Awareness campaign
1. Investigate the list of topics given.
2. In pairs, choose a topic connected to the negative effects of the digital world.
3. Launch an awareness campaign with a short video. It can be filmed by you with
your face on it or it can have a collection of images and a final reflection.
4. The purpose of the campaign should be to prevent these negative effects from
taking place.
5. The video should be no longer than 3 minutes and no shorter than 1 minute.
6. The audience this video should be made for is all secondary school students.
7. The deadline is September 30th
