• reviewing correspondence to the Minister, logging and assigning a response to the
appropriate department
• excellent evaluation skills and knowledge of issues and priorities of the education

A few examples of my work:
• designed matrix approaches to QAing reporting of data;
• prepared decision notes on data related issues;
• identified issues for post project review, suggested solutions and worked with team
members, and ensured solution implementation;
• prepared and delivered presentations to staff and to school board contacts
• communication and client services by explaining and using our reporting or for resolving
any data related issues
• communication and negotiation with our vendors were always prompt in providing
specification and direction to ensure their delivery of accurate data
• evaluator for the data capture vendor
