Description:
The Customer Service Management (CSM) system is the main interactive tool used in
maintaining the Customer database. The main users of CSM are the Customer Service
Representatives (CSRs).
Responsibilities:-
 Development of new CRs/tasks as per new requirements from the customer.
 Fixing the ongoing code issues in the system.
 Performing the UT/SST for the new developments.
 Code reviews for the coding done by other team members.
 Designing the new CRs for development perspective.
Possible scenarios in which a CSR can use the system are:
 Responding to a customer call, explaining new services offered by the company, selling
them to the customer, and activating them.
 Processing new customer applications and telephone activations, and entering them into
the system.
 Porting in a new subscriber from an Other Network Service Provider (ONSP).
To support these and other scenarios, CSM provides an extensive set of windows. These
windows enable several types of information displays that assist the CSR in his or her
activities.

1) Project Name: One Video - Forecasting and Optimization

Description:
One Video software is the software used in the management of Advertisements on Internet
within the online Videos.
It uses Real Time Bidding architecture/functionality.
Real-time bidding (RTB) is a means by which advertising inventory is bought and sold on a per-
impression basis, via programmatic instantaneous auction, similar to financial markets.With real-
time bidding, advertising buyers bid on an impression and, if the bid is won, the buyer’s ad is
instantly displayed on the publisher’s site. Real-time bidding lets advertisers manage and optimize
ads from multiple ad-networks by granting the user access to a multitude of different networks,
allowing them to create and launch advertising campaigns, prioritize networks and allocate
percentages of unsold inventory, known as backfill.
Real-time bidding is distinguishable from static auctions by how it is a per-impression way of
bidding whereas static auctions are groups of up to several thousand impressions.Overall, when
compared to static auctions, RTB is more effective for both advertisers and publishers in terms of
advertising inventory sold.
