Workplace ethics are the set of
values, moral principles, and
standards that need to be followed
by both employers and employees in
the workplace. It is the set of rules
and regulations that need to be
followed by all staff of the workplace.
What is Social Ethic?
•Social ethics is the systematic
reflection on the moral
dimensions of social structures,
systems, and communities

• Seek to elicit best in communications
and interactions with other group
members.
• Listen when others speak.
• Speak non-judgmentally.
• Speak from your own experience and
perspective, expressing your own
thoughts, needs, and feelings.

by characterizing what others have said
without checking your understanding, or
by universalizing your opinions, beliefs,

• Manage your own personal boundaries:
