• Implemented ERP, BW and PI systems for client’s Production, Quality, and Development landscape consisting of 20 systems.
The successful implementation of those systems led to extension of the project by a year from Reckitt Benckiser and a new
support contract worth approximately $4M from American airlines.
• Analyzed, along with an Onsite lead, the Oracle performance and recommended changes in few Oracle and SAP parameters
for performance tuning of Production Database. The recommendation was highly appreciated by the client and the parameter
change lead to improvement in database response time by 0.3 seconds.
• Developed and successfully implemented backup script for Online and Offline backup for American Airlines. Prior to this, the
online backup was getting failed and there were no online backups of Quality systemfor almost 6 months.
• Head Administrator for Oncall Alert Paging server (Sassab00). Sassab00 server is responsible for paging an alert to the support
team in case there is any issue with database or SAP systems. The systemoffers a great value to all the clients of Mphasis and it
served as great client attraction. Implemented many Oncall script and was Responsible of proper functioning of the server,
troubleshooting and resolving issues, so as not to hamper the support.
• Performed a BW Java system refresh, which was considered as one of the toughest systemrefresh, with very small downtime of
16 hours instead of 24 hours. This won great accolades to me and my whole team from the Delivery head of Mphasis.
• Performed many System refreshes for Quality System using Production Business Data, in order to ensure proper functioning and
performance of Production system
