would like to apply for the post of a quality assurance analyst at Erisco Foods Limited. I am
a graduate of Food Technology from Lagos State Polytechnic. Using my Industrial training
(IT), Student Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) and Ready Set Work (RSW)
Workshop Programme experience, I have acquired production, marketing, administrative,
management, entrepreneurship, employability and Leadership skills.
I have been practicing quality assurance passionately since 2013 during my industrial training
after undergoing several administrating trainings during my Student Industrial Work
Experience Scheme (SIWES) programme in 2011. My interests, academic and several
training experience confirmed my ambition to work in a quality assurance department and
stimulated a particular interest to pursue a career as a quality assurance analyst at Erisco
Foods Limited.
You would see from my enclosed CV that I have work in a predominantly administrating
focused environment where production of quality food product has been at the core of my
responsibilities.
My work as a Hasbunallahu Bakery Nigeria Limited has helped me develop excellent
investigating and analysing, problem solving, flexibility, adaptability and self-awareness
skills which are necessary for a successful career in Production.
