7. What's a Startup Dojo?

8. Usually a meeting to share ideas,
experiences and knowledge

9. The main objective is to transform ideas in to
business and to develop the startups.

10. Discuss problems

12. Evaluate ideas

13. Make contacts

14. Study the concepts of Lean Startup

15. How the Startup Dojo will work?

16. We'll have meetings every 3 weeks

17. And every 3 moths we end up a cicle

18. At the end of every cicle we'll make a review
and adapt the Dojo stile if necessary

19. The meetings will be at thursdays, 8pm at
UPspace!

20. In every meeting each startup will have 20
minutes

21. [5min] - To tell the others about what they’ve
done since the last meeting (Results,
problems and ideas)

22. [10min] To discuss with the group about
what they have shown

23. [5min] To decide what are the next steps,
what they will do until the next meeting
(hypothesis and experimentation)

24. Important!

25. This Dojo is not to Pet Projects, only to real
projects!

26. Try to learn more about the subjects we've
discuss at the Dojo

27. Don't be afraid of telling people about your
ideas and problems!

28. Do constructive criticism! And learn to
accept it too!

29. Unfotunately I'll have to be spartan abaout
each startup's time

31. Each startup will have 5min to present
theirself

discuss and ask questions
