In 1994, PROCER started as an Engineering and Construction Company for
Industrial projects. A recruitment division was created to serve our own and
Clients’ staffing needs. In a short time we become a preferred Romanian
Supplier for Projects all over the world.
PROCER has setup offices and developed partnerships, and alliances with
similar agencies around the world to enhance our recruitment capabilities in
Central Europe, USA, Africa & Asia.
