Manage the Project 11 Right Person, Right Job • Project / Technical split, • Reduction in approved Project Managers, • Project Management as a career family, with career progression and structure, • Development of project management rating to match project complexity, • Clear career progression points linked to IC, APMP and now RPP.

Manage the Project 12 Accountability • The Project Manager is accountable to the Client (on behalf of MWH) for the overall delivery of their projects. • Project Management monthly reporting structure developed focussed on monthly EAC returns, • Monthly 1-2-1 conversations with Lead / Senior Project Manager.

Manage the Project 13 Consistent Practices • A single framework for the delivery of projects across all operations with standard lifecycle and execution plan, • Defines the minimum standards required within the delivery system, • Minimises project delivery risks, • Enables staff from all over the world to work together remotely, • Enables staff to move geographically within MWH.

Manage the Project 14 Standard Tools • MWH’s Standard Tools will provide a common toolset to support our world-class project management, and give managers at all levels the tools they need to support and continuously improve project delivery for our clients, • Primavera based, • Integration with finance using MWH mTools interfaces.
