2-thick green purulent discharge
3-systemic reaction as fever , anorexia ,

4-acute bronchopneumonia ( due to abscess in
bronchial L.N(

5. Treatment
1-I/M injection of Streptopencid:
½vial / 12hr / 3-5 days
2-I/M injection of Analgine:
3cm (in case of fever(
