provides monthly payment for his services.
According to numerous investigations, work
motivation directly influences the performance
of employees. That is, when a worker feels that
his organization cares about his well-being, he
improves his commitment to it and his
involvement.

5. Frederick Herzberg (1923-2000) was a clinical psychologist
and one of the most important writers on management and
motivation theories. His theory refers to the fact that the
human being is influenced by satisfaction, which is the
result of motivating factors that help increase the
individual's satisfaction but have little effect on
dissatisfaction.

8. First of all, to understand the methodology used
in this work, we must know that the motivation
of employees within a company plays an
extremely important role. Taking into account
the connection that these two factors must have,
this project was successfully carried out,
reaching different conclusions for a better
understanding of the subject.

9. Findings
In this work we realized that if we want to obtain, achieve or win
something, we as people must make an effort to achieve it.
We also saw who was the person who had the idea about motivation
within the workplace, we saw different factors that can help us to
have a good motivation and as a last finding, we saw that there are
bad acts or attitudes of people, which as a consequence affect
motivation , concentration and performance of employees within
their respective jobs.
10. In conclusion, motivation seen from all possible
perspectives plays a very important role for any
company, regardless of its line of business, since
without it the worker would only fulfill their
tasks as an obligation and not as a reason to be
within it.
