Advised the upper management on Logistical needs focusing on suspense’s, equipment
shortages, training support, and record keeping for unit inspections resulting in a 100%
rating with the National Guard Bureau.
Supervised the turn in of over 20 million dollars in government equipment during the
National Guard retrofits tracking multiple spreadsheets for over 6 Companies.
Procure and negotiated vendor contracts in preparation for training and special events
providing timely support as well as tasks outside of my assigned duties.
Communicated effectively with 6 companies monitoring the reduction of personal
equipment loss from over 220K and reduced to under 5K in under 6 months.
Established Battalion level Standard Operating Procedures in Supply, Maintenance,
Operational Security, Purchasing, and Command Supply Discipline Program

Received the Supply Excellence Award at the National level in 2012 and received the
