 Advised the upper management on Logistical needs focusing on suspense’s, equipment
shortages, training support, and record keeping for unit inspections resulting in a 100%
rating with the National Guard Bureau.
 Supervised the turn in of over 20 million dollars in government equipment during the
National Guard retrofits tracking multiple spreadsheets for over 6 Companies.
 Procure and negotiated vendor contracts in preparation for training and special events
providing timely support as well as tasks outside of my assigned duties.
 Communicated effectively with 6 companies monitoring the reduction of personal
equipment loss from over 220K and reduced to under 5K in under 6 months.
 Established Battalion level Standard Operating Procedures in Supply, Maintenance,
Operational Security, Purchasing, and Command Supply Discipline Program
Management.
 Received the Supply Excellence Award at the National level in 2012 and received the
