2. Biography
Malala Yousafzai (pashto : ماللهیوسفزۍ ) was born
on the 12 of July in 1997 in Mingora, Khyber,
Pakhtunkhwa. When she was 11-12 she wrote a
blog, that detailed her life during the ocupation in
Swat. A periodist of The New York Times did a
documental of her life when the pakistanis were
in the region.
The 9 of October in 2012, when she was on a
bus in Swat, after a exam, she was shot by a
Taliban gunman with two more girls. She was
sent to the Queen Elizabeth hospital in UK.
3. She is famous for…
She is famous for being an activist, especially
for women when in Swat they ban girls going to
school. She recived the Nobel prize for the
peace being the youngest person to reicive it,
when she was 17. She recieved the Sajarov
price in 2013. She received too more prices and
a doctorate.
