Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Review invoices, check requests, resolve invoice discrepancies and set invoices up for
payment.
• Prepare and process accounts payable checks, wire transfers and ACH payments.
• Prepare analysis of accounts on monthly reports, and assist in month end closing.
• Collect, compile and enter payroll data using appropriate software, issue statements
of earnings and deductions.
