appreciate the simple pleasures of healthy eating?
Eating a balanced diet does not mean restriction, on the contrary!Let’s forget
our prejudices and put aside preconceived ideas to go back for a moment to
some golden rules of healthy and delicious food. Our food should provide us
with the nutrients we need to be healthy and feel fit. We usually feel a surgeof
energy when we eat good food, so why go without it !? Discover 5 golden rules
that are easy to apply every day.

We cannot repeat it enough and yet the body needs it. When you feel the
sensation of thirst, the body is already dehydrated and is crying out for you to
drink. Staying well hydrated with at least 2 liters of water a day plays a
fundamental role in our overall health. Water ensures the transitof dissolved
substances essentialto human cells, it allows the use of metabolic waste,
maintains a constanttemperature inside the body ... and many other vital
things as you will understand.
2- eat fruits and vegetables

You probably have- like many people - the slogan "eat 5 fruits and vegetables a
day" in mind. And that's good, it should resonatewith us at each of our meals
so as not to forget them. They have taste and color to all of our dishes. Most
importantly, fruits and vegetables are a sourceof vitamins, minerals, fiber,
antioxidants and energy. They are nevertheless low in calories, which makes it
possibleto satisfy the big appetites without fear for the silhouette. There are
also many, many ways to cook them. Raw or cooked, baked, steamed,
seasoned… on no longer counts the variants.
3- think about good fats
Do you still think that eating fat is not good for your body !? A conviction to be
reviewed as soon as possible. While eating too much saturated fat (too much
fat) can havedevastating effects on the body, however unsaturated fat (good
fat) is essential for our body. Sourceof omega 3 and 6, they meet a large
number of recommended daily needs and they taste. Vegetable oils, nuts and
seeds, avocados, salmon, trout, mackerel, sardines, herring… arefoods rich in
unsaturated fats to eat in sufficientquantity for a balanced diet.
4- Eat a variety of foods

To bring the most good things to your body, consider varying your diet.
Innovateyour dishes, try new things, appeal to kitchens from all over the
world. Each culture offers its share of good ideas to draw to boost the content
of your plate. Also think about spices to make the simplest dishes a real taste
pleasure.

Try to eat natural sugars like honey or maple syrup as much as possible.
Refined sugars should beconsumed in limited quantities as they can be very
harmfulto our health. Ithas also been proven through various studies that a
true addiction to sugar exists. Moreon eating, moreon wanting. Obviously,
consuming once in a while to treat yourself to a little treat is nice, but try to
make sugar-freedays every now and then.
