There are lots of ways to connect with others just like you on your own timetable.
Join an online group, find a group that meets in your town, or just browse.
Whether using a phone, tablet, or PC, there are many ways to connect and learn out there so

Have access to health information 24/7
Comes in handy when your kid is sick at 2 am or you’re just looking to be healthier.
When searching, stay on sites that are hosted by names you know & trust.
Tip: See if your health care provider has a website or email address for questions.

Have access to emotional help
Postpartum emotions run the gamment from happy to sad, sometimes all in one day.
Why do children have tantrums at the worst times? Emotions!
Emotions can be a hard thing to handle for mothers and kids,
never be ashamed to look for an help.
Tip: If you feel that you are going to hurt yourself or others, please tell someone.

There are many forms of support for mothers online.

or special needs-it will give you an easier way to connect.

❖ Keep connected to loved ones and other moms with a group text or
an app like Marco Polo that is an online walkie-talkie with video!
❖ Try Pintrist or Instagram for fun ideas for you & your family or share your own
but watch out for feelings of inadequacy.
Remember: Any technology should help you feel stronger as a mother!
