I looked at a series of websites to find
appropriate professional photography that I
could use in my magazine. This is because:
• I need to have lots of options for what to use in
the magazine.
• I need to have plenty of variety that helps to
represent my music scene accurately.
3. I like this one because it uses an
interesting Technique and gives and
interesting effect to the image.
It could be used for a double page
spread, or a small image on the contents
page to get reader attention.
It would influence the design of the
page by focusing on only the
subject, using the light of the window
and having everything else in darkness.
4. I like this one because it is iconic, the
focus on the figures
It could be used for a front cover image,
although I would use it on a double
page spread.
It would influence the design of the
page by having an image to refer back to
while reading the article.
5. I like this one because its unusual, the
band members look like they are trying
to pass the instruments up to the lead
singer who is central.
It could be used for a small image on
the double page spread.
It would influence the design of the
page by giving an interesting image of
the band
6. I like this one because it is unusual, and
contrasting the way it is set up makes you see the
two as equal as opposed to usual where, one is
brought forward.
It would influence

page by having a
central focus feature,
and a lot of space all
around to write on.

7. I like this one because it is a very busy
picture, they are all in a post of
movement, with the rainbow confetti all
over the picture, the unique poses you
can get in action shots are funny.
It would influence

page by being a
front page image, it
would have space
above and below to
write the kickers,
and headlines.
