1. Working at Jade Textile Egypt (Since January 2014 till present):-
 Quality control engineer; basic responsibilities include the following:
 Implement the QC management system in production area.
 Perform the internal and external audits on behalf of the factory management.
 Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements.
 Coordinate QC activities with production supervisor and QC manager.
 Create Statistical Process Control Charts and apply PDCA strategy.
 Prepare and monitor the statistical reports for the quality progress.
 Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications.
 Solve the quality issues by tracking and put action plane to avoid it occurred again.
 Assure the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in lines.

 Apply pull systems to avoid overproduction between process and the inventory in final stock.

 Develop continuous process flow to bring problems to the surface.
 Create layout design for lines to reach the minimum material handling.
 Use 5s system and kaizen in the factory.
