1- Study the Project Specs specs and revise the design and Calculations,
Sizing, Pricing and selecting the Suitable equipment (Boiler, Feed
Tanks, Storage Tanks, Pumps and heat exchangers) that match the
desired load.
2- Make Technical Submittals For New Projects.
3- Reply on Consultant Technical Comments.
4- Help Installation and Service Team in solving technical problems in our
boiler plants.
5- Help & Advice Maintenance team and provide them with the Boiler
and boiler room equipment drawings and wiring.
6- Attending tenders for new projects.
7- Advise the spare part requirements for the Engineering Stores.
8- Make presentations for consultants and new clients.
9- Revise the Purchase orders and the LC’s.

Job Description:
1- Responsible for achieving 100% of the production plan allocated to
production lines in accordance to the following predetermined quality
and safety standards.
3. 2- Allocates day to day manpower on different functions on the
production lines and solving any rising attendance issues.
3- Reviews and monitors production report and prepares productivity
analysis accordingly (include down time analysis and efficiency
analysis).
4- Directs production process per line and prepare production schedules.
5- Coordinate with the maintenance department on the implementation
of maintenance schedules so as not to disrupt production targets.
6- Recommends preventive maintenance initiatives to maintenance team
based on machinery performance.
7- Responsible for implementation of changeover process in accordance
to the production plan.
8- Monitoring waste rates, production scrap analysis root causes and
suggesting means to reduce waste.
