Topic: Student Facing Gender Discrimination
by Faculties at NSU

 Gender Discrimination means creating discrimination among a
group of people in terms of gender.
 Society and family don’t give women enough freedom to
express themselves.
 Women are at workplace.
 At NSU female student face various harassment by the
faculties.
 The male faculties are attracted by female student attitude and
beauty. As a result they get good grades from them,
INTRODUCTION

 What is their point of view about gender discrimination at
NSU?
 Do they think gender discrimination causing bad impact at
NSU?
 Who are suffering most?
 Do they think female faculties flirt male students?
 Are female students getting more attention by the male
faculties?
 Do they think male faculties give good grades to female
students?
 What is the sustainable solution of this problem?
 Which department they are form?
Research Questions

 For my primary research, I have conduct a survey of a
representative sampling students of NSU who are facing
this problem and ask the students to know their opinion
about this gender discrimination. I design a survey
questions for collecting the data from the students. The
survey was carried out on 30 random students present in
NSU on the 24 July between 3:50 PM to 5:50 PM. Out of
them 26 responded on my survey questions completely.
 For my secondary research. I collected information from
various sources such as online article, books and journal.
RESEARCH MEHTODOLOGY

 One of my question I have asked the NSU student does gender
discrimination cause negative impact of at NSU and give your
opinion. 43% have agreed with it and 21.5% disagree with it.
Both 7.1% are strongly agree and strongly disagree. And 21.4%
have no comments.
DATA PRESENTATION AND ANALYSIS

 On my another question I have asked them is the cause of
gender discrimination at NSU. Both 36.4% student said it
happened for flirting and socio-culture. Which is quite true.
And 7.3% said it happened for bad behavior. But surprisingly
no body said about prejudice as cause of happening this
problem. This statistics give clear idea about the cause of this
problem at NSU.
DATA PRESENTATION AND ANALYSIS

 Then I asked them about does female students get
good grades from male faculties? 42.9% disagree
with it. 35.7% agree and 21.4% strongly agree.

 I have also asked about the sustainable solution of
this problem. 60% said to change the mindset
faculties. 30% said to change behavior and 10% said
to create awareness among the victims. This helps to
get a clear idea how to solve this problem in sustain
way.

 In conclusion, gender discrimination at NSU causing
harm for the students. They face various problems.
The female students suffering the most. They get
more attention and good grades by the male
faculties. As a result, it causing frustration and
depression to them. This also causing inequality
among the students who deserves good grades
according to their performance. This need to be take
under control by NSU authority. The disciplinary
committee need to enforce all the rules and law
against it.
