As NOC engineer, I have 19 yrs., experience in coordinating work, as a trainer on job training, as project
manager, implementing various application like HP openview software (OVO, OVPI, NNM, and Service
Desk (Service Manager)) and as NOC technician, trouble shooting on FTTH network (Fiber to home) ,
GSM/GSM-R Network (GSM, GSM-R, UMTS, EDGE and fixed switch, and fiber transmit ion, on difference
platform, Cisco, Extrem, Packetfron …), MPLS and maintenance of an old SDH WDM / PDH network. QA
and KPI reports
Present at Eltel networks NOC in Denmark, I am working with varies technology from several customer
and I can mention Banedanmark (Danish railway) and The Courts of Denmark as two of the biggest
customer.
As NOC coordinator I have a very good experience in working as project manager and as a mentor
supporting function in which many of tasks was to setup an interdisciplinary team involving several
people across organizations and experts from different countries.
I was also responsible of CMDB project (Configuration and Management Data Base), which was a part of
ITIL project (Information Technology Infrastructure Library). I have been an active contributor in vendor
selection projects, and was a member of Incident Management (ITSM) team in ITIL.
