Nevertheless, defying the stereotypical approach to create a conducive
work culture that promotes gender positivity and attract talented
professionals, can bring progressing outcomes to the overall
performance of a company.

Key Findings:
Dawn of a profitable diversity in the workplace
The word, "equality", surfaces again and again whenever we talk about positive changes to be introduced
within the organization. It's all about strongly emphasizing the need for bringing gender positivity at the
workplace through driving discussion, promoting awareness and amending policies can help in building an
organization which holds the future.
An inclusive work policy adapted at certain levels of the hierarchy ensures the outstanding performance of the
workforce while on the other hand, a biased workplace remains outdated with less diversity in ideation.
A brand culture, offering equal opportunities, stands out and attracts talent from all across the world. Men and
Women who are getting equal opportunities to showcase their talent, feel self-motivated in the workplace and
become more productive for the organization. However, there is a huge responsibility on the shoulders of work
policymakers to act on gender positivity as it should not be remained on papers. The overall gender
perspective has to be transformed in order to enhance collaboration, employee retention, develop goodwill
and reputation of the firm.

It's all about strongly emphasizing the need for bringing gender positivity at the workplace through driving discussion, promoting awareness and amending policies can help in building an organization which holds the future. An inclusive work policy adapted at certain levels of the hierarchy ensures the outstanding performance of the workforce while on the other hand, a biased workplace remains outdated with less diversity in ideation. A brand culture, offering equal opportunities, stands out and attracts talent from all across the world. Men and Women who are getting equal opportunities to showcase their talent, feel self-motivated in the workplace and become more productive for the organization. However, there is a huge responsibility on the shoulders of work policymakers to act on gender positivity as it should not be remained on papers. The overall gender perspective has to be transformed in order to enhance collaboration, employee retention, develop goodwill and reputation of the firm.
