• Income $3.9M, expenses a little less
• Operating surplus $20k (improved from deficit
of $90k in 2013)
• Exchange rate and interest gains of $30k
increase the total surplus to $50k.
• $1.025M cash and cash equivalents at end
2014

• Departures in 2014 – 8

• Departure of CEO end of January 2015 and
