4. Custodian of all case records
A case record should consist the following
documents.
Priority list copy mentioning the serial number of
beneficiary
RoR details (Land record)
Copy of Aadhar card
Copy of front page & last transaction page of
Bank passbook
Copy of Job card details
Copy of Disability certificate (If required)
Three work orders (1) for House construction, (2)
for unskilled wage payment, (3) for Toilet
construction.
5. Analysis of daily progress report
Tagged officer wise house completion against
Weekly/ Monthly/ Annual target
Point out the five lowest performing tagged officer
on weekly basis.
List of beneficiaries whose house are at roof level,
not completed twelve months after payment of first
instalment.
Incomplete houses under extension period.
Accounts pending for verification at PFMS and
rejected by PFMS with reason.
Capturing of images of incomplete houses through
Ama Ghar App on weekly basis.

7. Complete & Incomplete data sanitisation with
AawasSoft
Download year wise and scheme wise complete &
incomplete data from AawasSoft.
Similarly download complete & incomplete data from
RH portal at download in Block login. Then filter it year
wise and scheme wise.
Compare year wise and scheme wise both the data of
RH portal & AawasSoft through conditional formatting,
if found any mismatch update it accordingly.
If any data found in AawasSoft data base & not found in
RH portal data base, that should be added in RH portal
data base at ‘add beneficiary’ under incomplete data base.
Then update it to completed house if required.
If any data found in RH portal data base & not found in
AawasSoft data base, that should be deleted from RH
portal data base.
At the end of the day BPC should ensure ‘Zero’ gap in
AawasSoft data base and RH portal data base.
8. Part payment required for Completion of
Old Houses sanctioned up to 2015-16
Update the completion of house sanctioned up
to 2015-16 under ‘partly paid houses’ feature
in RH portal.
While updating the house completion, mention
date of completion & select ‘amount to be paid’
from drop down option for completion of
house.
A new feature has developed for updating the
required payment for the house already shown
completed earlier without mentioning the
required part payment.
9. Rationalisation of House tagging
Each incomplete house is to be tagged with
field functionaries of Block through two
different mode.
Single village tagging
Multiple village tagging
Update the profile of all field functionaries in
RH portal data base.
For single village tagging, choose the GP &
village from the dropdown and tagged the entire
village with the field functionaries.
For multiple village tagging select beneficiary
from the list of a particular village and tagged
with the field functionaries.
10. Updation of Incentive data
Under incentive to updates are required :
Eligibility to get incentive
Payment to eligible beneficiary
Eligibility to get incentive will be updated through
‘edit beneficiary’ by updating the date of first
instalment and house completed date.
Further while updating the completion data base
eligible beneficiary list to get incentive will
automatically synchronise to the incentive data
base.
Payment to eligible beneficiary will be updated by
selecting the ‘not paid’ cases form the eligible list
and submit it.
11. Geo-tagging of IEC activities
Concerned tagged officer will login the Ama
Ghar App and go to the feature IEC activity.
Under the feature IEC activity Geo-tagging
photos of installation of Hoardings, Posters,
Banners etc. will be captured.
BPC has to ensure capturing of geo-tagged
images of all IEC activities.

Wage payment under MGNREGS will be
updated under this feature
Select financial year, GP & Village from drop
