For accounts submitted on or before the fifteenth (15th) of the month, billing shall begin in the month following the first partial month of service. For accounts submitted on the sixteenth (16th)
until the end of the month shall be billed in the month AFTER the next month. All billing will be on approximately the 1st of the month. The partial month during development will be provided at
no additional charge. Up Front, Development, and Set up fees are always collected in advance of work. Custom quotes are billed 50% of total estimated amount in advance of work. Rate shall be
as indicated in this Agreement. Mobile APP monthly fee is inclusive of all hosting and up to one (1) hour maintenance per calendar month. Requests must be made in writing via email. Websites
monthly fees do not include any updates as client shall have access for self-edits-- any work requested shall be in writing via email. By my signature or electronic signature below I give permission
to ACH my bank account or credit card as indicated above for the fees as disclosed on this document either as initial set up, licensing, or monthly billing. A "welcome" email will be sent to you
after initial fees are charged; it is very important to provide all the information requested to complete your development timely. Mobilization of websites are for the current design of your site
only-- all changes will have to be re-quoted. Your account may be cancelled at any time with thirty (30) day prior written notice provided to Mobile App Frameworks. No partial month shall be
billed or credited all billing is in advance in full month increments. The term of other services are dictated by those specific products so be careful to review those terms for details. Bad Checks or
ACH rejects: In the event of a bounced, returned, or rejected check or ach, past due balances shall incur a 2% per month fee, for ACH rejects of any kind $35 each.

Website mobilization will be integrated into any Mobile App development at no extra
charge for same client. Hours to mobilize your site were estimated therefore, should we
be unable to meet the work at the rate hereby quoted, you shall have the option to pay
the adjusted quote or cancel and receive a full refund.
Website development hours are estimated and only for work as specified on the quote.
50% payment for website development is required in advance and 50% upon completion.
