2. My biggest takeaway, which I'll admit is super cliché, is the "No 'I' in Team"
motto. Every time there's a group of people involved, you need to realize that
you need to work as a team. What is good for the entire group will likely be
good for you as well.

What was the biggest takeaway from your time in the military?

3. The biggest thing I learned is that you can never give up. If there is one thing
you can always count on, it’s that things will never be perfect, and you will
always need to have a backup plan. I take that mentality into recruiting,
knowing that when you're working with people, you will run into challenges.

What was your key learning from serving in the military?

4. The one thing I learned in the military that I apply to business is that to be
respected and well-regarded you must prove yourself from the bottom to
reach the top. And, once you are on top, you must be a mentor and coach to
those on your team that need assistance and help them to be better.
