Currently serving as the Project Coordinator II (PC) within the leadership team in support of the Project Manager
(US Army COL (06) level) for the Joint Program Office for Medical Modeling and Simulation (JPMO-MMS) at the
Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training, & Instrumentation (PEO STRI) United States Department of the
Army.
JPMO MMS G1 (Manpower): Sole PC support to the G1 (US Army COL (06) level and Business Manager).
Current Management Analyst support duties include: The creation/routing of Manpower Request Forms (MRFs),
TDA/Staffing Plans, and review of the Enterprise Business System to maintain accuracy and consistency ofJPMO
MMS personnel. Providing the PM, DPM, and BM with workable solutions to manpower alignment issues and/or
conflicts. Provide recommendation for resource optimization and to correct deficiencies to support mission needs
based on knowledge of mission, program priorities and organizational objectives. Provide management with
manpower and funding analysis to evaluate and respond to external requests for information and to ensure decision
making information is readily available. Periodically brief the Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, and/or
Business Manager on status ofmanpower resources,provide bi-weekly updates on personnel. Develop presentation
formats, present findings, conclusions,and recommendations to the appropriate managers. Maintain the PM TDA
and staffing plan. Manage all personnelrecruit actions for the PM organization. Assist in the review, evaluation,
and preparation of replies to reports of the PEO which bear on manpower management. Keep management
informed of status ofprograms, trends,failure to meet objectives and potential problems. Manage processes and
analyses to cover the cost of management activities, matrix support,contractorsupport,contracting, and other
miscellaneous costs.
JPMO MMS G3 (Operations): Sole PC Support to the Deputy Project Manager/ Project Manager. Current
Operations responsibilities include: Creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for a variety of daily
business activities pertaining to the JPMO. Assistance with special projects such as data gathering and quarterly
Program Management Reviews. Communication and coordination with Government Project Directors, Contract
Specialists, as well as Budget/Finance team members to create contracting review sheets. Assistance in drafting and
coordinating leadership level briefings with multiple stakeholders. Direct weekly reports to the COL regarding the
status ofcurrent action items across the JPMO MMS team’s portfolio to ensure on time completion with the General
Officer’s (GO) staff. Creation of Weekly Activities report from the COL to the GO. Assist in problem resolution,
providing input for program decisions, and identifying and making recommendations for improvement to
established program management processes and procedures. Assist the PM (06/DPM) with resolving operations
related issues and deficiencies. Responsible for content creation and updates to JPMO MMS interactive touchscreen
overview brief for key stakeholder engagements.
JPMO MMS G7 (Training and Support): Sole PC Support to the JPMO G7. Current Operations responsibilities
include, but are not limited to the following: Tracking internal and workforce developmental training for the JPMO
MMS Business Management office in conjunction with the PEO STRI Business Office. Creating acquisition
checklists to assist the acquisition teams during Pre-Procurement Acquisition Lead Time (PALT). Maintaining an
extensive understanding ofthe Army rank structure, JPMO organizational and functional structure,as well as a high
understanding ofthe Army roles, mission, vision and functions.

Project Coordinator II for the Project Manager Training Devices (PM TRADE). Project Coordinator of the
Consolidated Product-line Management (CPM) Next acquisition team that awarded a 5-year, $415 million contract
utilized by eight different program offices across the Army and Marine Corps to conduct live training, virtual
training, and medical simulation work. With a cost-savings of700M, CPM Next was recognized by the Program
Executive Office's Commanding General as the program of the year, and was a finalist for the same recognition at
the Army-level. Received various local and national awards, along with several Letters of Appreciation from the
Commanding General in association with contributions on the CPM Next Acquisition team and several PM TRADE
led workshops,conferences,and industry engagements; events that consistently drew thousands ofparticipants from
hundreds of organizations across academia, industry,and government. Years of dedicated work performance and
significant contributions resulted in a promotion and subsequent move to a Medical PM in need of quality personnel
