TLL will sponsor both interns and apprentices, those roles are included in all operations. The goal is not to teach a job skill, but to develop business & operations knowledge
from the ground up, with a dedicated focus on each of the four (4) primary business functions: core industry, finance, operations, and technology.
Apprentices are defined as work-to-learn candidates who are not in school and will be FT employees. Interns are defined as work-to-learn candidates who are in school, and
are expected to have flexible, part time hours to accommodate their school schedules. Both apprentice and intern programs will run in 4-year cycles, with a year spent
mastering the operations of each division. Since interns will probably be part time for the majority of their tenure, they will have an opportunity to serve a Master
Internship for a year in the executive office at the completion of their regular 4-year internship. TLL also hopes to qualify as an Visa Sponsorship Employer (VSE), and if
approved will endeavor sponsor 2 visa holders at a time.
