Мета та завдання проекту
Завдання проекту:
 оновлення поточної навчальної програми в області
Інформаційних систем відповідної до вимог Болонського
процесу та новими розробками в галузі інформаційних
технологій;
 розроблення, впровадження та акредитація нових навчальних
програм, орієнтованих на компетентнісний підхід і досвід, у
тому числі з урахуванням кредитів ECTS та методології Тюнінг;
 розроблення інноваційного академічного середовища для
навчальної програми з Інформаційних систем як платформи
для навчання/перекваліфікації, Phd, у тому числі в рамках
навчання впродовж життя (LLL);
 забезпечення/модернізація інфраструктури лабораторій для
навчання та розробки інформаційних систем.
Головна мета - удосконалення магістерської програми в області
Інформаційних систем згідно з потребами всесвітнього ринку
праці.

Напрямки діяльності за проектом
 Аналіз досвіду підготовки магістрів з інформаційних систем в
країнах ЄС і країнах-партнерах та розробка відповідних
інформаційних ресурсів
 Розроблення web-порталу для об'єднаної освітньої платформи.
 Розроблення ресурсів для проведення тренінгів та е-навчання.
 Розроблення методології, змісту та навчальних матеріалів для
перепідготовки кадрів з інформаційних систем та експертів.
 Проведення учасниками з країн ЄС інтенсивних тренінгів для
тренерів з країн-партнерів.
 Організація пілотного тренінгу для студентів ВНЗ в усіх країнах-
партнерах.
 Модернізація існуючих програм навчання студентів з
інформаційних систем
 Організація та проведення вебінарів, круглих столів, семінарів,
конференцій.
 Розвиток інтерактивної міжнародної інформаційно-аналітичної
мережі для підтримки проекту MASTIS.
 Управління проектом і контроль якості проекту.

Очікувані результати
1. Створення об'єднаної освітньої платформи (ООП), що включає
навчально-методичне забезпечення, систему
взаємодоповнюючих експериментальних і віртуальних
навчальних практикумів в університетах-партнерах проекту,
електронну бібліотеку і WEB-портал.
2. Практичне впровадження в університетах-партнерах
створеної на основі ООП Єдиної Тренінг-мережі з підготовки
фахівців в області інформаційних систем.
3. Підвищення компетентності студентів, магістрантів і
викладачів університетів-партнерів в області інформаційних
систем.
4. Розповсюдження серед ВНЗ України розроблених навчально-
методичних і дидактичних матеріалів і рекомендацій з
вдосконалення навчального процесу в області інформаційних
систем.

враховуючи всі податки та збори.
Процедура придбання обладнання включає наступні етапи:
1. Бенефіціар має організувати аналіз цінових пропозицій, відповідно
до вимог Європейської комісії, а саме:
 зібрати не менше трьох заявок від різних Постачальників обладнання;
 обрати заявку за найкращим співвідношенням ціни та якості;
 надіслати всі заявки та інформацію про обрану найкращу до
Координатора.
2. Координатор перевіряє допустимість і затверджує
запропоновану заявку. Координатор направляє офіційного листа
Бенефіціару та обраному Постачальнику, в якому надає згоду на
оплату остаточного рахунку-фактури, на поставку обладнання
Бенефіціару
3. Підписується угода між Бенефіціаром та Постачальником про
постачання обладнання.

Процедура придбання обладнання включає наступні етапи: 1. Бенефіціар має організувати аналіз цінових пропозицій, відповідно до вимог Європейської комісії, а саме:  зібрати не менше трьох заявок від різних Постачальників обладнання;  обрати заявку за найкращим співвідношенням ціни та якості;  надіслати всі заявки та інформацію про обрану найкращу до Координатора. 2. Координатор перевіряє допустимість і затверджує запропоновану заявку. Координатор направляє офіційного листа Бенефіціару та обраному Постачальнику, в якому надає згоду на оплату остаточного рахунку-фактури, на поставку обладнання Бенефіціару 3. Підписується угода між Бенефіціаром та Постачальником про постачання обладнання.

Бенефіціар має надати Постачальнику всі необхідні документи для того, щоб обладнання було звільнене від сплати ПДВ відповідно до національного законодавства 5. До рахунку-фактури Бенефіціар має додати такі документи:  Копія виписки або сертифікат, підписаний ректором, який підтверджує, що обладнання на балансі університету Бенефіціара  Підписане університетом Бенефіціара підтвердження в отриманні обладнання  Фотографії матеріалу з логотипом Erasmus+  Реквізити банківського рахунку постачальника в міжнародному форматі  Копія договору між постачальником та Бенефіціаром
