I am a professional that has the education, training, and experience in Program Management to drive the
execution of programs and deliver products on time and within quality requirements. My recent
experiences include providing products and parts to aircraft and jet engine manufacturers. I work closely
with their Procurement Agents and Engineers in setting in place the requirements and plan to launch
programs or continue production. This will include earned value tracking, technical reports and
installation services.
I can immediately be an asset to your organization because I have the operational knowledge of how these
manufacturers handle their portals and what they expect in product deliveries. This includes:
a. Line of Balance Tracking.
b. Quality Requirements i.e., PPAP Requirements.
c. Work around plans as necessary using MS Project.
d. Setting the tools in place for tracking and controlling and schedules
e. Implementing Lean Manufacturing to maximize processes and profitability
f. Incorporate Metrics for Cost and Schedule performance that assure on time delivery and quality
g. Understanding the manner in which to conduct senior level briefings to customer and internal
management
