I am a quick learner and a dedicated individual. I enjoy getting things done quickly and
accurately. I don’t like to waste time when I am getting paid to accomplish duties. I have
experience in the software-support and customer-service industry; I have training and
experience using Zendesk, Microsoft Office Logmein rescue, and P.O.S. I have done a
