Recovery and
Group Therapy
• While addiction is experienced in isolation,
recovery is experienced in relation. Group
Therapy offers the individual the opportunity
to connect with others and practice recovery
in relation.

Age:
• Young Men 15-18 years old

Topics:
• honesty, hope, and faith.

• Commitment of at least 4 sessions of therapy is
necessary in order to provide consistency for the group
members, and allow a healing group dynamic to be
established.
Thursdays @ 7pm

Anger Management
Age:
• 11-13 years old

Topics:
• Emotional Awareness

• Expanding Emotional Expression

• Mindfulness — breathing techniques

• Bullying 

• Social Skills

• Friendship
