Being environment friendly and conscience is not a choice, it is a responsibility! At Profiler we try our best to do our part. Every little part joined together makes the bid difference! Here's what we do.

Like all businesses, Profiler faces considerable environmental challenges. As a service provider,
our key challenges are around resource usage on our office energy efficiency, programs and
transport. Our goals have been and continue to be minimising the environmental impact of our
operations and services and encourage our employees’ environmental awareness and
engagement.
๏ Digital Document Management System
Digitalisation of the entire core business, employee files as well as financial and salary
accounting. Running a paperless office has some key benefits, such as sustainability and
securing future competitiveness. But also, more efficient time management and easier
teamwork due to central storage locations for documents. Moreover, it allows mobility for all
employees as they can remain flexible and are able to work from home or on the go. It is
encouraged to limit printing to the minimum and only print when absolutely necessary.
๏ Public Transport
Every employee is provided with a “Job Ticket” so that their transportation costs are covered.
This, combined with our office’s easily accessible location via public transport, allows and
encourages employees to switch from cars to public transport.
๏ Water Filter
Due to our new water-filter system, the need to buy bottled water has more than halved.

๏ Office Waste & Recycling / Donating
Waste is strictly separated and recycling encouraged. We do not use disposable cups, dishes or
other single-use items.
Especially when it comes to gently used or out of use laptops and other devices, office furniture
and equipment and books, we encourage all employees to consider donating or recycling them,
before throwing something away.
๏ Power usage
All employees are encouraged to unplug or turn off electronics completely when they are not in
use, instead of setting them in standby mode, and to use natural light whenever possible.
๏ Avoiding Business Travel
We strive to avoid business travel as much as possible by using digital options like video and
telephone calls for preliminary decisions as well as holding and attending webinars and online
classes instead of on-site seminars and workshops.
๏ Car Sharing
All employees are encouraged to use public transport. However, in instances where transport by
cars is necessary, car sharing is strongly advised and organised from company side.
