The program primarily caters to youth with

program addressed the needs of disabled youth
in the age group of 18-35 who are marginalised
and disadvantaged.

Our students are placed in Retail, IT, BPO and
Hospitality industries

after several consultations and understanding the
needs of the employer to cover the different

MODEL
Some unique points about our Partnership Model
FACTS
Overprotective parents - Lack of encourage-
ment from family and society (Social stigma)
Several misconceptions and biases towards
disabled - Inferring that all PwD lack basic
ability or skill to contribute as workforce
Limited opportunities for employment and
growth -Opportunities are mainly available in
few industries
Infrastructural challenges at workplace -
Only 20% of government buildings are “disa-
bled friendly”
Lack of access to skills and technology -
Young persons with disabilities often lack
opportunities to develop their skills, particularly
in the field of information technology.
Poor policy implementation - Despite the
mandate of 3% and incentives for employing at
least 5% PwD in their workforce, only 0.1 % are
currently working in Government
