3. Located in Glenmarie Cove, a high-end residential area in Klang, this two-storeys bungalow
is designed by LEOWYC Architect. The responsible interior architect is Essential Design
Integrated with Essential Design Integrated Sdn. Bhd. as its interior consultant. Glenmarie
Cove is easily accessible from Jalan Telok Gong and Pulau Indah Highway where it is
connected to townships such as Botanic town and Bukit Tinggi Town.
The north side of the building is the entranceway, while the south elevation
of the bungalow has a balcony attached to it, with a view facing Sungai Langat. The
building is covered with aluminium claddings and has a flat roof with a skylight on it. The
skylight is directly above the central courtyard that acts as an atrium for the bungalow. The
beams and columns of the building are built with reinforced concrete, suiting the
requirement of the project.
