BUSINESSPROPOSAL
In this present situation as our manpower business is under threat and we are out of making
business more than 1 years so its being difficult for to keep existence of our company.
To get out of this situation we need to expand our business lines which are mostly close to us.
Base on our resources, capital, capability and market analysis we found 5 to 6 business lines
which we can start by a small capital.
Among these lines education consultancy, migration consultancy, air ticketing, IT (web
development), Trading business are on top.
This report contains information on these top lines of business. Business details, starting
process, fund and other requirements, business prospects, key to success and other relevant
information have been discussed.
The present market situation of the world represents that service business provides highest
return on small investment.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
It is one of the top businesses in the service industry which returns you higher than any other
business. Every year lots of students go to abroad for foreign education. These students
required consultancy and visa assistance for which they come to consultancy firms for help. In
the country there are so many organizations involved in this business who help students to get
admission in different universities and for managing student visas. These firms receive a good
amount of service search from students as well as from the universities, they represent. But
they invest nothing only the office rents and employee salaries.
As we don’t need to rent an office space and also as we have enough employees for back office
support so we can start the business with a minimum cost and similarly at low risk.

For instance in Bangladesh alone among South Asian countries each year approximately 2,
00,000 students pass the high school academic level through public exams and "A" levels. The
existing higher education infrastructure of Bangladesh can only absorb and accommodate a
very thin margin of this figure. In a situation like this, a significant number of students naturally
look forward to higher studies and every year more than 42,000 Bangladeshi students are
going abroad to pursue higher education.
After analyzing the present market we found that there is large number of students in the
market interested for foreign education and this number will increase in future.
