 VALUE- Opportunities for Brand Extensions, Understanding of Local Supply chain,
Product Quality, ‘Clean Food’, Customer Relations, Portability
 RARITY- ‘Clean Food’, No debt, Reasonable pricing(not with the motive of making
profits)
 IMITATE- Brand extensions, portability, supply chains can be imitated but values at the
discretion of the firm cant be.
 ORGANIZATION- Distribution and Logistics Costs Competitiveness and supply chain
being fully utilized. Brand extensions will require higher marketing budge.
Expand in the current street food and why?
Current street food should not be expanded because of following reasons :-
• Uncertainty of weather and attendance both.
• Competitive pricing by new entrants.
ADD A NEW MARKET SEGMENT LIKE CATERING-WHY OR
WHY NOT?
He should enter catering business because of the following reasons :-
 Changing demographics and psychographics of people were inline with wil’s
Grill USP.
 Catered events could have margins of up to 40%.
 More predictable markets, no guess work.
 Profit analysis.
